Nicholas Masson

Biography

Nicholas Masson is proud to be a Peacock Players alumnus. Originally from Hudson, New Hampshire, Nick made his professional stage debut at the age of ten, in the national touring production of the Broadway musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Following his appearances in several local and regional theatrical productions, Masson graduated from Alvirne High School in 2014. He subsequently attended Point Park University in Pittsburgh, where he majored in dance.

Nick has been dancing and acting for over twenty years, with almost a decade of teaching and choreography experience. He is most notably recognized for his role of Mush in the 2017 Disney film production of the stage musical Newsies. He subsequently appeared in the role of Mush in the First National Tour of Disney’s theatrical production of Newsies the Musical. Nick has danced for NBC, Dabang National Tour, and Telemundo, just to name a few. Most recently Nick was seen in the hit Broadway show The Prom: Musical, in which he made his Broadway debut. Nick is currently a faculty member of “Refresh Dance Convention” and “Exhale”.
