Dasia Allen* (Silly Girl 1) is delighted to be playing a comical character in one of her favorite musicals! While this may be her first show with Peacock Players, Dasia is no stranger to the stage. After discovering her love for singing and performing at age three, she hasn’t stopped since. Her recent credits consist of SpongeBob the Musical with the North Shore Music Theatre in Beverly, Massachusetts, The Greatest Showman with the International Presentation of Performers in Anaheim, California, and Matilda Jr. with Voices of Hope. Some of her favorite musical roles include Anna in Frozen Jr., Little Red in Into the Woods Jr., Erzulie in Once on this Island, Beth in Little Women, and Wendy in Peter Pan Jr.. She has also acted in Shakespeare productions, to include Juliet in Romeo and Juliet and Helena in a Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is currently a senior at TEC Connections Academy, and along with participating in many of their clubs, also enjoys reading and drawing in her free time. Dasia would like to thank God, family, friends, and her team of coaches, to include her acting coach, Robert Vito, and vocal coach, James Lugo, for their support in her magical journey!
