Kelsey Rae Marot

Resident Artist

Kelsey Rae Marot (Interim Business Coordinator) hails originally from Douglas, MA. Kelsey found her love for theatre at a very young age. While her passions were ignited by her on-stage appearances, her love for theatre only amplified when she began her journeys backstage. Kelsey began exploring the various areas of theatre while pursuing a BA in Theatre and Music at Plymouth State University. Kelsey has traveled up and down the East Coast, working with such organizations as the Connecticut Repertory Theatre at UCONN, the Virginia Stage Company in VA, the Brevard Music Center in NC, and The Smithsonian Folklife Festival in DC. In addition, Kelsey has been employed with The Capital Center for the Arts, Majestic Theatre, Windham Actors Guild, TS Events, The Educational Theatre Collaborative, the Silver Center for the Arts, and The Palace Theatre in New Hampshire. Kelsey also currently serves as the Theatre Director at Bow High School and continues to perform, paint, design, direct, and technical direct all over New Hampshire.

Kelsey began her journey here at Peacock Players in the Fall of 2019 as Resident Scenic Artist. She is thrilled to be furthering her theatre career with Peacock Players, a company she has come to know and love that focusses on quality production and theatre education.
